Another thing the banks are doing (its a little thing but watch out for it) they are taking alot longer to process deposits, I made a deposit Saturday and it was just credited today wednesday. If I hadn’t waited for it to clear it may have caused problems use to be these deposits would be credited the next day. ?
When EVERYTHING at the? stores is imported : MADE IN CHINA ,

Bank of America is CRIMINAL. Besides all the things they do to credit cards, they are the MAIN PERPETRATOR of Foreclosure Fraud, throwing people out of their homes by forging the documents. DEMAND that your bank produce YOUR ORIGINAL mortgage note with your “wet ink” signature (a copy is insufficient, just like a copy of a dollar bill is not a dollar). If the bank cannot produce YOUR original signed note, they can be sued for the mortgage amount +3 times the amt. They’ve been caught FORGING.?

Four good points! I think I would amend #2 by saying not just pay your balance off on time but get rid of the credit card alltogether and instead use a DEBIT card only (according to Dave Ramsey). Yes, learn to live a more simple life style and as you’ve said get out of debt. And if you NEVER borrow money, don’t have a? credit card and pay all your other normal bills on time your credit score will go to zero…..just the score I’m striving for. High score means you borrow to much money!

I have a friend who wrecked a rental car and was charged 25K on his? credit card.
You have to hide income and employer info or they’ll sue to garnish wages. Lay low, quiet, until the statute of limitations runs out for them to sue, and you’ve beat the system.

Yes, after 6 months, the banks get their money from their insurance company, then SELL your debt to a third party collection scum who tries to make a profit without validation of the debt. Every american should know their legal rights with credit cards.
By the way, BoA’s stocks are still going up,? so they’re obviously not getting hurt by us not paying off our credit cards. -Imagine that! We stop paying them, and they still make a profit.

Your 4 point plan is the usual financial practice of Japanese people. WHen I told them? about the American financial system they couldnt believe it. I will make a video soon about the banking system in Japan. I really believe that most american people are in a literal slavery and the American dream was only a trap. One thing is that people should stop using checks and use cash when you can. SOmetims banks withhold checks causing the account to go into the negative.

I lost my job a year agor and the credit card companys would not work with me so six months later when all the cards went into collections all I did was? send them a validation letter and the response was that they could not verify the debt! So long about $77.000 dollars of dept! They didn’t what to work with me, OK back to work pay cash for everything and life is a lot easyer
I am finally completely o/of debt!! No more calls from collection agencies!! In fact, I call them to make sure my credit reports are updated!! I charge on my credit cards only to keep them active, and I always make sure the $ is in my bank accts b4 charging, and only small small amounts are charged (like $25-$50.) I pay off? the balances ea. month, sometimes I over pay. Debt is a four -letter word to me now!!! Simplify, simpifyl & simplify is my creed!!

It has been years since I have had a bank account or credit card. Now, I will use pre-paid credit cards if necessary. I am almost completely off any? grid and am as free as is possible. You do not have to live under their rules. I don’t even care if people don’t pay all their monies owed anymore, in fact I hope they don’t. Destroy the entire fake system by peaceful means as long as that option is available. Keep up the good work!

Please understand clearly. Banksters do not lend ANY of their own money. In fact they create ALL Loans from thin air!.
That is why they have toxic loans amounting into the? trillions.
OK.here’s how stupid these banks are. I have 2 Citicards amongst others. Total balance on cards about $5000. They raised my rates to? 29.9. I was never late and made them a F*** ton of money over all these years. So, I got a loan from a local bank at roughly 7% or so, and paid off the cards. I now pay off any balance immediately. So, to the dumbass bankers, You used to get 14% on 5-7000 dollars. Now you make 29.9% on ZERO. You do the math morons. You’ve basically lost one of your best customers.

I have a question: isnt it that the small local banks park their money in big banks that tell the small ones to? earn big interest with it? like with all pension and life insurers, they all put the money to big banks and the state, that assures to pay interest. it seems to me domino day is coming, because the whole money system based on interest is a ponzi scheme. can you believe that?
